1. Lease Terms

2. Lease Payments

8. Damage and Repair

If the artwork is damaged during the lease term, the Borrower must notify the Lender within 24 hours.

An independent art conservator will assess the damage.

Costs for repair or restoration will be covered by the Borrower unless the damage is due to an act of God or inherent vice.

9. Termination

Early Termination: Either party may terminate the lease with 60 days written notice, but the Borrower remains liable for the full term's rent unless otherwise agreed.

Default: Non-compliance with any term of this agreement by the Borrower may result in immediate termination by the Lender.

10. Liability and Indemnification

Liability: The Borrower agrees to indemnify the Lender against any loss or damage to the artwork.

Indemnification: The Borrower shall indemnify and hold harmless the Lender from any claims, losses, etc., resulting from the Borrower's negligence.

11. Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country].

Mediation: Any disputes will first be subject to mediation before any legal action.
